Couldn’t be more pleased with the job the team at Huntsmore did with our house. They helped us with every aspect of what ended up being a large project - and managed to deliver it all on time. We absolutely love the house and highly recommend Huntsmore.

Diana M.,
Huntsmore exceeded expectations in all aspects of the project. Despite a tight timeframe, Huntsmore delivered the project ahead of schedule and kept to the budget. They oversaw the whole process, from design to build and I intend to use them for my next renovation.
Alex C.,
Incredible! We highly recommend Huntsmore - truly top notch and the best at what they do.

OUR PROCESS
1. BRIEF
A meeting at your property to assess the project’s feasibility, both stylistically and in practical construction terms.
The project’s design goals are clarified, ideas and advice conveyed, and any potential hurdles highlighted.
Budget and potential project costings are discussed and a general guideline on cost can be outlined before designs are developed in more detail.
2. DESIGN
As well as creating a beautiful aesthetic, Huntsmore will handle all planning permissions, listed building consents, License to Alter agreements and any other statutory requirements.
Our Quantity Surveyor will build a detailed Schedule of Works and pricing document and then run the tender process to appoint a suitable contractor.
3. BUILD
We oversee the project on a daily basis and act as a point of contact between you and the main contractor with update meetings and calls scheduled around your diary.
If you appoint any specialist external subcontractors [kitchen suppliers, restoration specialists] will manage these parties and their interactions with the main contractor on site.
4. COMPLETION
A snagging list is compiled and completed ahead of the deadline and ahead of final payments to the contractor.
Formal handover includes all installation certificates (GAS SAFE, NICEIC, FENSA, etc.) as well as Building Control and any other governing bodies.
